What's my password?

1. After you sign up, we automatically send a one-time confirmation email to the email address you provided on the registration form.
2. Click the link provided in the email.
3. You'll be returned to HockeyStars and prompted for a password.
4. To change the password later, click Edit Account Information on your profile page.

I didn't get the sign up confirmation email:

1. Wait fifteen minutes, if it's not in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder.
2. To ensure you receive all our e-mails, add HockeyStars.com to your safe list.

I forgot my user name and/or password:

1. Click the Login link (under the Search box in the top right hand corner).
2. In the popup box, click the forgot password link.

The Username I want is taken:

1. Each user name on HockeyStars is unique.
2. Try using your team name and player number.
3. Or, try adding a number before or after the username you wish to use.
4. Only letters and numbers are allowed.
5. Spaces or special characters like dashes or underscores are allowed.
6. Usernames are not case-sensitive.

Unable to login:

1. Please ensure that you have cookies enabled.
2. If that doesn't resolve this issue, try clearing your browser’s cache.
