1. HockeyStars supports .jpg, jpeg, or .gif files.

Player Profile Photo

1. For best results resize your image to 136 pixels wide x 195 pixels high. You can also upload a larger image and will be auto-resized to fit.

Team Photo

1. Can be landscape or portrait but we recommend using a landscape shot for your Team photo for best results.

Video Specifications

1. HockeyStars supports QuickTime .MOV, Windows .AVI, or .MPG files.

Best recommended video specs

1. MPEG4 (Divx, Xvid) format
2. 320x240 resolution
3. MP3 audio

For digital cameras, camcorders and cell phones in the .WMV, .AVI, .MOV, and .MPG file formats we recommend the following settings:

1. MPEG4 (Divx, Xvid) format
2. 320x240 resolution
3. MP3 audio
4. 30 frames per second

For prosumer and professional digital camcorder footage we recommend:

1. short video under 2 minutes
2. no compression
3. H.264, DV or MPEG-4 compression at best quality
4. .mov or .avi format

Longer Video 2-5 minutes: DV or MPEG-4 compression at best quality in .mov or .avi format
